Prince Philip has died...

To have that much face showing on the side of the mask, the actual mask ends about an inch outside the mouth.

Vaccinated or not.. the mask mandate is very clear on this. a mask is a mask.

He was two months shy of 100. “Old age”

He was hospitalized with the heart issues? Then he had heart procedure.. so .. what are the odds that his heart gave up...

Um at 99 years old, probably high. They can do best of options at that age but a 99 year old heart is a 99 year old heart. My grandfather had congestive heart failure for ten years before succumbing, and had open heart surgery a year before passing away. He recovered from the surgery but it only bought time, and he was very sick after.

I heard he had a bladder infection. I also heard he never recovered from an injured hip (and presumbly his body was just too overwhelmed by the infection). Rumor mill - yes.

I still don't understand what's wrong with Kate's mask. It covers her nose and mouth?

I agree, except I wish famous people would stop wearing these ridiculously high heels. The rest of her outfit is impeccable.

It was very clear to me, that Prince Phillip returned home to die at home.
He had heart issues and was 99 years old. Not much of a mystery there at all.

Look at this mask.. take reaaaaaaaaaall;y good look.. do you see that this coverage is below average?

I mean really? seriously? Mask is NOT a fashion accessory this is a life saving device.. this mask is an equivalent to G string coverage..
comes to bottoms.

NOW THIS IS HOW YOU WEAR A MASK!!!

You realize that there’s a very good chance that every adult in the family has been vaccinated for quite some time, right?

You realize that the mask mandate requires people to wear actual MASKS inside .. of anything that has inside. There is no suggestion of covering or fashion accessories. It is a MASK MANDATE!!!! K's pretend mask is anything but.

You seem troubled. If you’re going to take this issue on as your personal passion, why not go all the way and advocate for actual tested N95s for the whole family?

OMG! Thanks for pointing out Prince Charles's hands! That is not normal.
This is an issue he's been having for years. I just googled that.

Also his face is really red/pink all the time. Is that associated with anything other than lots of alcohol?

Without knowing anything about what their relationship is like behind closed doors, he never had to worry for one minute whether she's a good fit for this life. She's a great asset to him and the crown in exactly the way she needs to be.

Completely agree. She’s perfect. I don’t know that she’s made one misstep as his wife.

She's made plenty of missteps early on, but they were innocuous. No weight in the skirt, working too little, that sort of thing, but you never had to worry about her doing something hurt the Crown. She really understands her job and she embraces it wholeheartedly. If she has private disagreements with her role, we'll never know.

I mean hell will freeze over before Kate goes to Oprah, know what I'm saying?

Kate comes from a background that prepared her for this type of life.

She does not. She was upper middle class. Her parents owned a party supply business and had modest beginnings- her mother was an airline attendant. She was certainly not an aristocrat like Diana. However she is complete grace- never a hair out of place, always behaves in a way befitting of her title. She is a wonderful asset to the crown, as much as it pains me to imagine what compromise/sacrifice that requires of her, particularly as a woman, in her life and marriage.

I think that is what the poster meant.. Kate's mom probably was always controlling her weight obsessively as this is what the job calls for. When you are attendant you need to be within certain weight limit... or at least that was thing in the past. So the comment was NOT without a merit and did NOT have to imply aristocratic bacground.

Nonsense. All the pictures of Kate from her college days and while dating William show her at a healthy weight.

Please. It was obvious that Kate’s parents were desperately pushing her to marry well. They sent her to the same school as William. When he transferred, she followed. This was before they even dated. I can only imagine the type of pressure they put on her to get his attention.

This is such a tired argument. They've been married for TEN YEARS. They've known each other more than half their lives. They have three children together. From what we see, they look pretty happy together. Maybe they are not, maybe they are, but I don't get why people go on and on about how evil or cunning Kate was/is. Can't you see the misogyny? What, did she just decide it was going to happen and Will had no say in the matter? Or she broke him down or she ensnared him with her magical sex prowess?

And... no one transferred. In fact, it wasn't released where William was going until just before school started.

ITA. Thank you for the breath of rationality in this thread.

She will be a future Queen and her husband/son a King. She could care less what any of you loser plebes think

They’re all trash but they’ve been put on a pedestal and named royalty by self-hating idiots like yourself.

I may be an idiot but I am not self-hating. You --- on the other hand ---

Prince Charles has rheumatoid arthritis and this is a resulting erythromelagia.

Those operations at that age make zero sense, they deprave people of any quality or semi quality time at the end..

The face matches the hands.

He is working a lot in the fresh air.. he farms, he grows cheese and stuff.. it is normal for farmers to be sunkissed like that.
