This is the logical approach. Clubs have spent years grooming older teams into playing together with little drama from players and parents. They broke all the teams up last time it switched. No problem at all. Why would they suddenly behave differently this time?

Can you point to a club website in the area that says (basically): "We will not reform teams if players are talking to college coaches."?
