Arlington announced that all players in good standing will receive an offer to return to the Club, however their may be movement between teams. |

Most clubs are doing the same thing (Arlington, McLean, etc), the players are offered spot on the club, but could be moved to a different team. I think we will see a lot more movement between the clubs this year, because COVID prevented tryouts and moves last year. |

Alexandria has not promised the kids a spot with the club (at least for my child's age group). You try out with everyone else. It is frustrating. |

We have not heard anything yet for 2009 Boys and have been with the club for years. |

Is it possible that they are waiting to see whether outside players will accept, and will then tell current players what team? My son's friend (from outside the club) is going to turn down an 09 offer and I think he is insane - it is for a good non-academy team. |

With the caveat that the player is also "meeting all the team expectations" which feels like this gives the club the option of cutting dead weight. |

They are likely looking for one or two additions per team from the outside. Coaches already know all their existing players. |
