Where to get a 24 hour Covid PCR test to return to school?

Got back from Spring Break yesterday and looking for a 24-hour turnaround COVID PCR test so my kid can return to school. Any ideas on where to do that in DC or Northern VA?

Same Day Testing in Georgetown and Bethesda. Covered by insurance. You can pay extra to guarantee results in 24 hours, but I didn't pay and got results in less than 12.

Don't forget that you have to quarantine for 3 days before testing.

DC residents returning to the District after traveling to any place other than Maryland, Virginia, or a low-risk state or country must either:
Limit daily activities and self-monitor for 14 days upon their return; or
Limit daily activities until they get tested for COVID-19 (between 3-5 days after their return) and receive a negative test result.
As of April 5, 2021, the states below are NOT considered high-risk:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Guam, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, Virgin Islands

PM Pediatrics in Rockville. You have to do a virtual visit first and if you get the test in the morning it will be back same day.
