This. She was 18 when they started dating. My biggest question is, Why? Why date him? What was the attraction? Given how vanilla she is and how vanilla her next BF/husband was, it seems like the attraction was his celebrity. Her parents should have stepped in sooner. I’m sure it was all fun and games from their perspective until they got engaged. He’s gross. He did bad things. But nobody is surprised...which begs the question as to why anyone would date him? Of course we know it was his celebrity and their goal of becoming famous (like the model whose story made it clear she wanted Hollywood introductions). That doesn’t excuse his behavior. He is to blame for his actions. It’s just crazy that any woman would date him based on his persona and music. |

She was 18! Let's not pretend she was 13 here. At 18 many women are across the country off at college and their parents only know what the daughters tell them. |
