LVP floors

I don't think so. Pretty sure they are all higher levels of hardwood flooring.

Patterson model - has level 5 hardwood
Travillah model- has I think level 4 hardwood.
Windmill- has another high end hardwood.

The Windmill model (Palatine) - has level 4 hardwood

Thanks so much! All your quick responses are so helpful.
the designer's are not so helpful and everything is conveyed in bits and pieces rather than giving it all at once.
I will check with the designer. I'm finding this process so overwhelming and want closure...

Anonymous wrote:Definitely talk to the designer for a specific quote. The vanities in the master bathroom are bigger with drawers and more expensive when you upgrade. I personally upgraded to a L2 and it was over $1k, but for the second and third smaller bathrooms, I upgraded to a L1 and it was a lot less, I believe under $200 each. This is for the Orchard collection.

Cost of upgrade was not bad...all bathrooms upgraded under $1000 total for cabinets I believe and we did L2/L3. You probably also want to upgrade to extra drawers instead of base...that was around $200.
Let me know if any other questions, happy to help!

Question for the poster- Per the Options list- it says secondary vanity size upgrade is 1295? So, does this mean if we choose a L2 for the vanity color it is 1295?
Is this correct? This is for the Patterson model. Please if you can give me some clarity on this.

I meant to say this is for the children's bathrrom

We were told that the Palatine model floor is no longer being sold. Is that true?

Only semi frameless is an option and it was somewhere around 1500-2k I think

Any thoughts on subway tiles vs. quartz backsplash? (whitish quartz)

Quartz will be more expensive, but I think it looks nice and is supposed to be easier to clean since there is no grout. It looks a bit more modern, so depends on your tastes.

The white or gray subway tile is included so no extra cost there. White subway tile is always classic, but some may say overdone? Depends on your preferences!

If you don't like any of the backsplash options they offer, you can also opt not to include it, and hire someone else to do it after closing.

A popular trend is to extent the countertop as your backsplash. Not as expensive as you would think, so may be worth looking into

If you do the subway tiles, ask for the bevel upgrade. Really glad we did that and not expensive--but definitely made it look more upgraded. (IMO, of course.)
