We never got a cabinet booklet--though we did get a list of upgrade prices by level for cabinets and whatnot. Just no way to connect those to the colors and finishes. |
Thank you to the posters who responded ...this design center activity is so overwhelming..
|
Level 1 has linen (white), silk (tan), autumn, merlot, Java, espresso, truffle and rye. Level 2 adds cashmere, harbor, stone, Boulder and slate. Level 3 has blue
Cost of upgrade was not bad...all bathrooms upgraded under $1000 total for cabinets I believe and we did L2/L3. You probably also want to upgrade to extra drawers instead of base...that was around $200. Let me know if any other questions, happy to help! |
Thank you so much for the detailed post! Very helpful for me. |
Is the upgrade to extra drawers in the secondary bathrooms, and in all models? The design consultant never mentioned that for the Hamlet - maybe it doesn't apply? I believe the standard bathroom vanity is just 2 doors/cabinets. |
I don't think so. Pretty sure they are all higher levels of hardwood flooring. |
Question for the poster- Per the Options list- it says secondary vanity size upgrade is 1295? So, does this mean if we choose a L2 for the vanity color it is 1295? Is this correct? This is for the Patterson model. Please if you can give me some clarity on this. |
I meant to say this is for the children's bathrrom |
Patterson model - has level 5 hardwood Travillah model- has I think level 4 hardwood. Windmill- has another high end hardwood. |
Not sure about Hamlet...don’t expect them to show every option...some things we had to ask for and only then were we shown the options. |
It might be a mistake on their website for the 43 (windmill) if you click on it it shows a palatine Model ![]() |
Do they have option of upgrading from semi frameless shower to frameless? |
You can go from framed to semi-frameless |
No it doesn’t...it’s available |
Definitely talk to the designer for a specific quote. The vanities in the master bathroom are bigger with drawers and more expensive when you upgrade. I personally upgraded to a L2 and it was over $1k, but for the second and third smaller bathrooms, I upgraded to a L1 and it was a lot less, I believe under $200 each. This is for the Orchard collection.
