We chose Q-Miami White (Level 3 option) for all countertops and kitchen island (waterfall style). Silestone is the company (I think). |
Lots 48 and 79 (Orchards) are available as quick move-in |
I saw tile manufacturers Daltile and Emser.

How much extra did it cost for the waterfall on your kitchen island? |
Are they online (features, etc)? |
Thank you.. this was so helpful. Unfortunately, the design center team is so slow and does not get back to you right away. So, much appreciated. |
Waterfall island $2,517 Kitchen counter tops: $3,414 Kitchen backsplash: #3,155 |
Does anyone know the manufacturer of their LVP floor? |

The design center pricing is a bit confusing to us. Toll is nickel and diming everything. For the poster who provided countertop pricing, which model or collection and did this include the upgrade cost from standard granite to level 3 quartz? Anyone here have level 7? |
Level 6 main kitchen countertop is:$8000+, water fall is around $4,000. I remember level 7 is over $12,000 |
Kitchen and hardwood add up.. just crazy. Design center appts are so rushed as well.
Staff is nice but it is not enough time... they gave us three appts .but still not enough to understand the choices. |
can anyone please specify the laundry room options?
This is for the Patterson model. Is it: 1st upgrade- only 2 cabinets on top of the Washer and Dryer 2nd upgrade- cabinets on both walls? 3rd upgrade- upgraded sink and cabinet underneath |
This is what I recall too. We ended up doing Level 6 counters and skipped the waterfall (though it would have been nice to have, but I had to save somewhere!) |
