SJC is playing at home in DC. Gonzaga coach and admin have lost their way. Have forgotten that lacrosse is a small community. Calling others schools to convince them not to play St. John’s in DC is a BS move. Glad the others schools aren’t following their lead.
Gonzaga needs to do what they want and mind their business. |
| Based on what we saw at PVI last night, Gonzaga could careless about Covid. They had about 100 kids there last night. Heckling fans and player the entire game. Classless in my opinion. Talking trash to moms? I guess that’s how those families want their boys treating women. |
| Gonzaga could have used the no contact rule in place last night. Less calls to schools and more time in gym would be helpful. |
Is this a joke post? I'm not even a fan of Gonzaga and they would smash the teams above. Urbana will a strong public school program, I have seen them play and they would struggle to beat even St. Albans. I remember a few years ago when Churchill was the dominant public power in MOCO (made it to the state finals 3 or 4 years in a row) when played Landon and the games were not even close. |
Men for Others... right? |
Must be same poster complaining about STA kids and clutching pearls. I’m parent of WCAC player at another school. The GZ fans are fine. They bring it to everything and make it fun. I love it when our girls match their intensity, which I’ve seen at hockey and football. The lax team however has fallen back to the pack. Also, the people saying publics can compete need to stop. Riverside can’t beat 6A schools let alone top privates. They would finish 5th or 6th in WCAC. It would be 20-5 GZ over Riverside if they played starters whole game. No one could compete with PVI in that fall league and they were missing kids due to club conflicts. Top 4 of IAC looks like they are better than top 4 of WCAC for sure. I hope the Corrigan thing happens. |
Gonzaga Fans are fine until they act like a mob after they lose a game. Saw that in action after a FB game at their field. Gonzaga has no control over these rich kids. Couldn’t even stop them from destroying a retreat facility. |
The publics have covid rules that they can only play a small group of other local public schools this year. Not saying that makes sense. |
I thought it was only 2 parents per player for the visiting team? |
| Bullis Landon today. These teams love each other... |
|
Bullis 10 - Landon 8
should be a good one. |
These teams have both been inconsistent, expect two exciting strange games in the next three days! |

Too funny thinking Riverside is avoiding teams. Had plans to play Walt Whitman & West Chester East last year. Unfortunately not able to play teams outside their conference this year thanks to VHSL. Nothing they could do about that. I'm sure they would love to play pvi. Have heard they have tried many times over the past couple years and its not RS thats declining.
And btw, last full year (19') they were able to play, I've give you some big boy 6a scores. Riverside 18 Oakton 7 Riverside 18 Patriot 3 Riverside 19 Champe 9 Riverside 18 Langley 3 And if you noticed a trend, their coach doesn't allow them to score 20. All those 18's and 19 were scored in the first 3 quarters. Basically playing keep away in the 4th |

Whitman is terrible and who is West Chester East?

Gonzaga 100 students circumvented the rules by standing outside the fence. Not shocking |
