You can ask the sales team if you can walk in the quick delivery homes. there are three for the Patterson. All have white kitchens. they picked neutral colors. |

You will have to avoid rush hour, leave home early around 7am and leave work before 5pm. If not you can easily do an hour one way. Many people here commute daily, so you will be fine if you only do twice / week |

It’s about 40/45 minutes without traffic to most of the job hub areas in DC—no one knows what post-COVID rush hour times will be like, but budget an hour and fifteen if going by car. A better option could just be Lyfting over to the red line and metroing in. Shouldn’t be unaffordable if you’re buying a 1M+ home by any stretch and will save you a lot of stress when it comes to parking and driving. We live 45/50 minutes outside of the city without traffic. I can’t imagine doing the DC commute pre-COVID driving. I took the MARC. Quite pleasant. A lot of folks around here act like any commute over a half hour is insanity, but as the PP said, most people in the “North Potomac”/Gaithersburg area commute into DC 5x a week. |

Any one have the list of like level 1/2 vanity colors for the bathroom?
How much does it cost to upgrade to the colors? How much does it cost to upgrade to the drawers for the vanities? |

The price depends on the bathroom...master is more than powder room and each model is different, so your question is a bit vague to answer accurately. The colors are the ones you got in the cabinet booklet you should have received when you signed. |
