Ok, let me get this straight....

1) BK exposed himself at a party.

2) Other students "pushed" BK's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent

So, the other students somehow managed to "push" his genitals into the open (I'm assuming) hand of a girl without her consent? She was standing there, right next to BK, with her hand open in just the right spot so that others could "push" his junk into her hand?

Then, he told the FBI but did not tell any of the Dem senators who were like heat seeking missiles, looking for anything to pin on him?

It wasn't the book that was the issue. It was that the authors and the NYT buried the lede in the newspaper piece. It was as if the authors had already accepted the advance money and ended up, to their dismay, that they had no story to tell other than that Kavanaugh was a good guy. But they knew that wouldn't sell the book nor would it meet their objective, so they found a way to smear him in the paper. The most disgusting part may have been the Democrat Senators and presidential candidates called for his impeachment as a result of that, and have never spoken of it again.
