Well said. Their desperation is pathetic. And they STILL don’t have a viable candidate. |
But people (and the media) easily confuse the op-ed pieces as factual. The original NYT article was reported under the heading of News Analysis. |
Yes, think of all of the people who watch the opinion shows on Fox and think they are news. Scary. |
It’s a primary and we haven’t held a single vote yet. Unless the Nazi Old Party you support, the Democrats actually believe in Democracy so we’re actually having a primary, not quashing dissent of the Fuhrer. You’re mistaking rage for desperation. I realize that you don’t believe sexual assault exists, but it does, and it’s enormously common, to emboldened by parents who teach their sons that they can have what they want whenever they want and show them that there will be no consequences for their dear boys. Those parents are all Kavanaugh supporters. |
Don’t forget CNN and MSNBC. Speaking of scary... |
I’m sorry, but you sound absolutely nutty with your obsessive need to blame a man for something with zero proof or corroborating witnesses. Using your “logic,” I could make some horrible allegations about you or someone you love. I could say it happened decades ago, and anyone who doesn’t believe me is a misogynist. How would you defend yourself? |
By proclaiming my innocence, maintaining my calm and insisting on the fullest possible investigation. |
Right. A “full” investigation of something that may or may not have happened somewhere at sometime 35 years ago that no one remembers. Good luck in your defense. |
All the people that CBF named as having been there say they don't know what she's talking about. She can't say when it happened and can't say where it happened. She never told anybody until supposedly 30 years later. Even her own friend Leland Keyser says she doesn't believe this story, didn't know Brett K and rarely hung out with Prep kids. Her own father sided with Kavanaugh. Ask yourself why that might be. Maybe he doesn't believe this story either. What possible lead is there to investigate? Serious question. Who is there left to talk to? Maybe just go to every house in a certain part of MoCo and ask all the owners if they remember something like this in the summer of 82? It took a year but I'm glad the majority of people are starting to see this for just how nutty it was. |
Agree 100%. |
I agree as well. And, then the latest NYTimes story was premised on something that someone said, yet the authors never talked to that person and the supposed "victim" says she has no memory of the event. The authors didn't speak to her either. This passes as "evidence" for some of these nuts. The NYTimes story should have never been published. Unless it was in some gossip tabloid. Alongside a story that Jennifer Aniston gave birth to an alien. Because that is about how credible the story is. |
This, exactly. |
I promise you it happened. I just can't remember when it happened, where it happened, or who was there. But it did happen, and I'm accusing you of doing it. |
At least Chanel Miller had a drunk blackout and could remember anything. Was CBF also in a drunken blackout? |
