A Californian politician has zero chance of becoming president in the near future. The VP of a president as unpopular as Trump has zero chance of being elected president. If Newsom and Vance were nominated by their parties, it would be a repeat of the sad 2020 election where two people are running against each other who only have a chance of winning due to the weakness of their opponent.
Newsom and Vance are far smarter, charismatic, and better debaters than Biden, Harris, or Trump.
I have no idea what you’re talking about. Have you ever taken the time to listen to either in a long form interview or are you just basing your opinions on your vibes and what you’ve gleaned from your obsessively biased and partisan cable news and Twitter feed viewing habits?
I know for a fact Vance has no chance of becoming president after being VP of someone as unpopular as Trump. There is more than enough evidence to support this as fact. That equation isn't rocket science; it is political science.
As far as Newsom goes, he may be a witty politician and a decent debater but in the eyes of the majority swing voters in swing states, he will always another sleazy out of touch politician from California with extreme political viewpoints. These swing voters aren't the brightest. They elected bumbling elderly fools in the three most recent POTUS elections.
The only chance Newsom and Vance have of being elected is if their opponent brings equal weakness to this table. In other words, they are each other's opponent.
