A Californian politician has zero chance of becoming president in the near future. The VP of a president as unpopular as Trump has zero chance of being elected president. If Newsom and Vance were nominated by their parties, it would be a repeat of the sad 2020 election where two people are running against each other who only have a chance of winning due to the weakness of their opponent.

Newsom and Vance are far smarter, charismatic, and better debaters than Biden, Harris, or Trump.

I have no idea what you’re talking about. Have you ever taken the time to listen to either in a long form interview or are you just basing your opinions on your vibes and what you’ve gleaned from your obsessively biased and partisan cable news and Twitter feed viewing habits?

I know for a fact Vance has no chance of becoming president after being VP of someone as unpopular as Trump. There is more than enough evidence to support this as fact. That equation isn't rocket science; it is political science.

As far as Newsom goes, he may be a witty politician and a decent debater but in the eyes of the majority swing voters in swing states, he will always another sleazy out of touch politician from California with extreme political viewpoints. These swing voters aren't the brightest. They elected bumbling elderly fools in the three most recent POTUS elections.

The only chance Newsom and Vance have of being elected is if their opponent brings equal weakness to this table. In other words, they are each other's opponent.

Newsome is tall and good looking. He’ll do fine.

Newsom isn’t winning Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina. The Newsom fixation is reflective of the general stupidity among establishment Democrats. It’s another loser.

Since it appears we will be suspending the 22nd amendment, clearly the only really logical candidate would be Barack Hussein Obama.

If Trump and Biden can become POTUS, just about any one with a pulse can. Even Newsom, I reckon.

Democrats don’t like Newsom either.

We don’t elect presidents on looks or height. His policies totally suck.

And while YOU might find him good looking, millions of us find him sleazy and unattractive.

Is this a joke? The average person is extremely shallow and stupid. Not just in this country, in every country. Acting like most people’s political decisions aren’t made in large part because of superficial reasons like looks, physiology, and vibes is extremely naive.

AOC is going after Schumer in '28. If she can win statewide (far from guaratneed) then I expect her to vie for the Dem ticket in '32 or '36.

Whitmer needs to get out on the road more. I think she's a viable candidate for '28 -- certainly more so than Newsom.

I am a conservative, willing to share some free intelligence. The Democrat who scares me the most in 2028 is Gavin Newsome. He is a leftist to the core, but he has the best chance of portraying himself as a moderate like Bill Clinton was in the 1990's. He is a more polished and smarter (but equally sleazy) version of Joe Biden. He's your best chance. if you go with an openly socialist candidate like AOC or a DEI candidate like Kamala Harris or Jasmine Crocket, you will get killed.
that's my advice, you can take it or leave it.

I think Newsom stands a chance if she shuts up about three issues: trans, unskilled low quality immigration (not all illegal technically but mostly abusing asylum) and lgbtq in general
