It's no different than what VRSC, Arlington, Alexandria, and others have with their UPSL teams. It's a semi-pro aka amateur league. I don't think TSJ will attract anymore additional players because it.

So many families have left because of him since he's taken over. I don't see it getting better until they replace him, which hopefully will be sooner rather than later.

This Chris is Chris Lawson who is [was] the Director of Goalkeeping and who had also been thrust into coaching at least one GA team this season. Not a big loss according to what I hear from goalkeeper parents. He hasn't been particularly effective with some of the younger keepers on elevating their game.
