So, just to confirm, both coaches were let go because of legal issues outside of the club?

What legal issues? And which Chris?

Is this actual knowledge or some rev loser parent?

I'm happy they are getting rid of underperforming coaches. Idk why anyone would view that as a bad thing unless they're still crying about their decision to leave for a tiny bar and a lord of the flies parking lot.

How do you determine whether the coaches are underperforming or if it’s the player pool that is not the strongest?

For instance, inability to create chances let alone score. A female dei coach has actually had her teams go entire seasons without scoring a goal, or maybe one. She still hired

This is their fourth coaching slate in less than a year. That should tell you something.....

What do you call it when white male coaches with the same record are still hired?

2012 GA
0-12-1
14 out of 14

2011 GA
1-9-2
13 out of 14

2010 GA
0-10-0
14 out of 14

2009 GA
3-7-1
10 out of 14

2008 GA
2-5-4
12 out of 14

2006/7 GA
7-2-1
4 out of 14

Probably says more about the exodus of players. Coaches can help and/or hurt but there is a lack of talent at that Club that cannot be closed with coaching alone.

But again how do you determine it’s on the coach. They aren’t the ones playing. Are the coaches addressing the issue in training? Are they putting a plan to fix the issues? They may be doing all the needed things but it’s still on the players to also go out and perform on game day. It could be both, I don’t know but to just put it on the coaches seems silly. Everyone knows the st James pool struggled when everyone departed.

The rapid turnover of coaches has nothing to do with performance. In almost all cases it was the coach deciding to leave. Once they realized how dire the situation was from virtually every player leaving, the incompetence of the management they were working for, and that the promises they were told were never coming true, coaches leave.

I find the 2009s interesting. "Best" record of the club (purposefully ignoring 06/07 since at least 1 senior has already left for college and won't play Spring).
PF kept his job and KT took the team for next year.

Did anyone go and see if there were any non TSJFC girls trying out?
