No, what im saying is if your kid cant him build his resume...he has no use for them and will treat them that way...

Seems odd, kids are usually cut because they are bringing the team down in games and training, a good coach will move those players on so the team does not suffer.

Resume building also seems odd, the guy is like mid 20s and ecnl Director at one of the areas top clubs. Making decisions for the betterment of your team/club is not resume building it is doing his job.

Well then. I guess youve got your wish...a coach who puts his interests ahead of the kids he coaches....

You are crazy. Have you truly watched them play more than 5 minutes? I know for a fact that top colleges have. I know for a fact that they had offers and have been recruited by other clubs. And the third 04 keeper from last year is now at another ECNL club. Agreed that there is a big range of talent on the field and some players who are in over their heads. But not the keepers. If nothing else, if the team is as bad as you say, that means those keepers are getting a lot more game-specific pressure/practice than any keeper at any other club you mention.

They would definitely start over the current BRYC 04 keeper. I've seen her play. She's average. BRYC has struggled in a goalie for that team. The players themselves are better than the scoreline precisely because of that.

Still a problem. It's inconsistent, it's not even the same coach when it occurs and the only advantage a Spirit keeper gets is a lot of practice in games.

Keeper is a tough gig. Especially if your backline keeps exposing you to attacks. Is the keeper playing in their appropriate age group?

OK fine. I should have written: You are a despicable human being, and so is the poster who wrote that neither Spirit 04 keeper would make those other teams.

Saying a kid would not be able to displace keepers at other teams though is not the same as calling a kid "average", claiming that she has "struggled", and that her team is "better than the scoreline" because of her.

So that makes poster#2 much more despicable than the other poster.

These rosters are all online. All of these posts singling out specific players should be deleted.
