This is par for the course. Trump fired his campaign leadership twice in 2016 and once in 2020. The people who set up the campaign are not the same ones there on Election Day.

But yes, anyone could've seen this coming since the convention. Conservative activists are (rightly) fuming on Twitter and Trump has reportedly been speaking with KAC almost daily.
