The Rafah bombings are/were. They have admitted to them. |
There's a lot more than that, including burned children. |
Never did IDF mention baby beheadings anywhere. They did release pictures of the burned baby. |
My guess — and this is morbid — is that the beheading story originated from someone who saw the results of assault rifles used to kill the babies. We know for sure some of the children were killed by gunfire. At close range, the outcome of assault rifle execution and beheading is not going to look measurably different.
Sorry to leave you all with this unquestionably grim thought. |
It’s possible that there were beheading. Israel clearly stated that they will not release the most gruesome pictures. |
I realize I'm talking to the wind on this thread, but if you look at all the available video, this was not one of those massive Israeli airstrikes that we've seen over and over. The hospital is still standing. It was a fairly small explosion in a parking lot. I understand there are a lot of people staying close to the hospital. Understandable. But I have a hard time believing 500 people died here.
Look at the concurrent footage of Islamic Jihad launching unguided, primitive, homemade rockets from a few hundred yards away. Most went up and along their way to random locations. One did not. And it landed in the parking lot next to the hospital. All happened at the same time. And what possible interest could Israel have in hitting a Christian hospital that's been there forever, staffed by Doctors Without Borders, in the hours before a major summit with American and regional leaders? With a tiny little bomb, comparatively. It's not in Israel's interest to do this. This was incompetence by Islamic Jihad. But their social media game - and that of Hamas - is on point. And that moves fast. Ok. I realize this is a fact-free zone. So carry on. |
I mean CIA is watching every square inch of that area for last 10 days, we really think they don’t know? It just means what they know is not good, ME is about to blow up and they would have confirmed this Israeli claim if it were true.
U.S doesn’t want this to escalate ( I hope that’s the case), if Israel was on the clear then confirmation would have come through. |
You watch too many movies. CIA is not all knowing. Trust me. |
I was watching BBC and they interviewed an emergency physician at the hospital site ( it lasted 7-8 minutes), he said that the number of casualties is MUCH higher than 600, but of course he must me a propagandist as he is not an IDF spokesman. They also showed the video of what was unfolding there, it makes you lose all faith in humanity. So, far BBC has been the only remotely credible source of news, CNN, Fox etc are just Israeli shills. |
Okay, maybe you are right. I do read lots of spy novels. |
Gosh didn’t know you worked as a bomb forensic analyst for the FBI. Or are you currently sitting in Gaza and manning the rockets being fired in all different directions? Guess this is as much a fact free zone for you as you think it is for others. |
IDF’s explanation seems solid. Believe me, if the major US newspapers had info to the contrary, they’d have it out there BIG TIME now. |
I don’t disagree. It’s certainly possible. |
Reading Russian news sources…the most pro-Russian propagandist media (komsomolskaya pravda) is blaming Israel for the bombings, the more moderate media (kommersant) is not assigning blame to any side. Wondering if a lot of posts here are from the Russian propaganda farm. |
Nope. All U.S news sources are only reporting what Israel wants them to report. I watch BBC and the difference is day and night. |
