If it was israel that bombed the hospital, it puts him in a completely untenable position. As a jew it puts me in a completely untenable position.
they better have hard evidence that it wasn't them or this deteriorates into impossible territory.

The video and timeline shows the explosion at the hospital happening right after a barrage of missiles were launched from Gaza toward Israel, and you can clearly see one of the missiles malfunctioning and crashing.

I love all these armchair experts. Becuase Israel was not in the process of dropping nearly 10,000 bombs this week? They had not already hit that hospital? They had not told the hospital to evacuate because they were going to hit it? Hamas has never had a rocket with this capacity. You guys keep parroting the same talking points. We see through the propaganda and will not let you get away with it this time
\

Israel told EVERYONE in Gaza City to evacuate. This wasn't some unique special order for the hospital only.

True, Israel told everyone to leave and them bombed the evacuation routes.

The convoy bombing was not clearly IDF. Stop spreading misinformation.

The Rafah bombings are/were. They have admitted to them.

They had proof before and then they deleted it. Who knows at this point.

The sad reallity is that munitions from both sides are going to land on sheltering civilians.

That's why the IDF gave a general evacuation order for the city. But Gazans are being trapped there by Hamas.

How exactly were the comatose, bedridden, and amputees in that hospital supposed to leave?

They couldn’t bomb anything else besides a hospital ? Or go man to man and actually invade the hospital to find these Hamas losers in the supposed hospital tunnels ?

They will not be able to defeat Hamas , and raid the tunnels without face to face in- ground combat . Bombing is the cowardly way

Ask Hamas.

I am not pro Hamas. I don’t know why some of you can’t get it in your head that being critical of Israel does not
mean being pro Hamas.

Hamas doesn’t even rule over the majority of Palestinians. The majority reside in the West Bank, and Mahmoud Abbas has denounced Hamas’s actions AND Israel’s actions.

So you believe you are intellectual in saying this? LOLOL. It doesn’t matter whether you are pro-Hamas. You are clearly supporting them now

I am not clearly supporting Hamas. I am on the side of the United States and I am appalled by the lies coming from
Israel. First, it was the beheading and burning infant lie debunked by the IDF and now this.
NP. I wasn't sure what to believe, so I checked a reliable fact checker. Bottomline, there was a massacre at a music festival, babies were killed but no evidence of beheadings, and two videos showed women who had been assaulted in vehicles, one of whom was in her underwear.

There's a lot more than that, including burned children.

Never did IDF mention baby beheadings anywhere. They did release pictures of the burned baby.

My guess — and this is morbid — is that the beheading story originated from someone who saw the results of assault rifles used to kill the babies. We know for sure some of the children were killed by gunfire. At close range, the outcome of assault rifle execution and beheading is not going to look measurably different.

Sorry to leave you all with this unquestionably grim thought.

It’s possible that there were beheading. Israel clearly stated that they will not release the most gruesome pictures.

I realize I'm talking to the wind on this thread, but if you look at all the available video, this was not one of those massive Israeli airstrikes that we've seen over and over. The hospital is still standing. It was a fairly small explosion in a parking lot. I understand there are a lot of people staying close to the hospital. Understandable. But I have a hard time believing 500 people died here.

Look at the concurrent footage of Islamic Jihad launching unguided, primitive, homemade rockets from a few hundred yards away. Most went up and along their way to random locations. One did not. And it landed in the parking lot next to the hospital. All happened at the same time.

And what possible interest could Israel have in hitting a Christian hospital that's been there forever, staffed by Doctors Without Borders, in the hours before a major summit with American and regional leaders? With a tiny little bomb, comparatively. It's not in Israel's interest to do this.

This was incompetence by Islamic Jihad. But their social media game - and that of Hamas - is on point. And that moves fast.

Ok. I realize this is a fact-free zone. So carry on.

I mean CIA is watching every square inch of that area for last 10 days, we really think they don’t know? It just means what they know is not good, ME is about to blow up and they would have confirmed this Israeli claim if it were true.

U.S doesn’t want this to escalate ( I hope that’s the case), if Israel was on the clear then confirmation would have come through.

You watch too many movies. CIA is not all knowing. Trust me.

I was watching BBC and they interviewed an emergency physician at the hospital site ( it lasted 7-8 minutes), he said that the number of casualties is MUCH higher than 600, but of course he must me a propagandist as he is not an IDF spokesman. They also showed the video of what was unfolding there, it makes you lose all faith in humanity. So, far BBC has been the only remotely credible source of news, CNN, Fox etc are just Israeli shills.

Okay, maybe you are right. I do read lots of spy novels.

Gosh didn’t know you worked as a bomb forensic analyst for the FBI. Or are you currently sitting in Gaza and manning the rockets being fired in all different directions? Guess this is as much a fact free zone for you as you think it is for others.

IDF’s explanation seems solid. Believe me, if the major US newspapers had info to the contrary, they’d have it out there BIG TIME now.

I don’t disagree. It’s certainly possible.

Reading Russian news sources…the most pro-Russian propagandist media (komsomolskaya pravda) is blaming Israel for the bombings, the more moderate media (kommersant) is not assigning blame to any side. Wondering if a lot of posts here are from the Russian propaganda farm.

Nope. All U.S news sources are only reporting what Israel wants them to report. I watch BBC and the difference is day and night.
