Get a vanilla flavored whey protein powder, which pretty much goes well with any sort of shake. I make a morning shake which is coffee, oatmilk, protein powder, and cinnamon. Also, mix a scoop in with overnight oats.

Yogurt snack/treat:

Organic plain Greek yogurt
Drizzle of light agave syrup
Pinch shredded coconut
Cacao nibs
Pumpkin seeds
Almond slivers
Roughly cut pecans
A few raspberries/blueberries/strawberries

My smoothie:

1 cup almond milk
1 GoodBelly fruit oat probiotic shot
1 scoop vanilla garden of life protein
Little water
Frozen mango - 5 cubes
Frozen blueberry - not too much
Handful fresh spinach
1 tbsp flax, hemp, chia
Vital proteins marine collagen - 1 scoop
Pinch of sunflower seeds

So good!

1/2 cup of oats
cinnamon
pumpkin pie spice
2 spoons of chia seeds
2 spoons of ground flax seed
1 spoon of hemp hearts
1 spoon of flax seed
1 spoon of cacao powder
1 spoon of almond butter
1 spoon of sunflower seeds
1/8 cup of walnuts

Coffee Protein Smoothie:

1 frozen banana
2/3 cup navy beans/other white bean
2/3 cup strong coffee
1/3 cup soy milk/whatever kind of milk
2 dates
2 tablespoons almond or hazelnut butter
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla
optional: cacao nibs

Adding beans and nuts/nut butter to smoothies is an easy way to get more protein.

Best Premixed protein shake - Fairlife Chocolate Protein Shake is by far the most delicious. It tasks like chocolate milk.
