Trump's latest statements on this are so blatantly cynical - It's like he is saying, I could have been a better liar and I could have done a better cover-up than the Saudis. This is where our President is - the better the lie/coverup the better the political gain. Geez.

I am confused by this statement. It nearly sounds like he is upset by their incompetence and not by the murder itself

Read WSJ interview transcript posted today...unbelievable stuff...Trump wants to believe the lies MSB is posturing because he does not want to cancel the multi-million dollar weapon deal...he even lies about the jobs (inflating it many many folds) that is attached to this deal. Unbelievable. So, he truly is upset about the shoddy cover up.

I can't help think about his fiancée. He knew he was probably walking into a trap of some kind. She was outside. Waiting.

Trump will talk with enthusiasm about how hot his daughter is but can't muster an ounce of sympathy for this man so brutally murdered. As the gruesome details emerge from this story, trump can only manage to say he believed bsm, that it was a rogue operation, that it was a mismanaged cover up.
