She CC’d it to the second wife at the time she sent it. The second wife is the one who gave the email to NYT

The second wife was the AP when he was married to the first wife. I guess she became salty when Hegseth traded her in for the AP who became the third wife.

Hedgseth has 7 children with multiple wives and affair partners.

It's a little mystifying why Republicans chose this hard-drinking lightweight. I mean, there's nothing going on with this guy except "partying." There's no thought or cause or anything, except some white supremacy and misogyny. Why Republicans are rallying around a creepy frat bro with a drinking problem and numerous issues with women is beyond perplexing. I'd like to hear John Thune and Mitch McConnell make the case for Pete Hedgseth as Secretary of Defense.

Will she also get on the phone with foreign military leaders when there's a crisis?

The ultimate helicopter mommy.

Only one person chose Hegseth and I haven't really seen much rallying from any other Republicans. They haven't axed him yet, they are waiting for him to withdraw or be withdrawn, there's no rush and no reason for them to get involved. It's already happening.

He’s exactly Trump’s type.

It's actually not perplexing at all.

This!!! Yes, everything about him is shady AF. But even if he is now sober and the epitome of piety, he’s clearly a horrible manager and leader. He couldn’t manage a small nonprofit, who thinks he should lead the largest organization in the world?

I know someone who works at Fox who says there's a lot more to come out. The problem is he abused the lower-ranking female staff and none of them want to speak on the reacord.

At the end of the day, after all of the teeth gnashing by many of you, he will be confirmed.

No wonder Trump likes him. He's had multiple children with 3 wives, and affairs, just like Trump. Such family values.

No one with a drinking problem needs to be confirmed.

We're not gnashing our teeth - just surprised of all the a-turds in all the world they'd pick this one. Doesnt' seem very respectful of the military. But that's on Trump.

I hope not. I honestly think the potential for political violence with him is vastly increased. I think with our authoritarian era the politicians and CEOs are at risk.
