Why do you think you are the superior race?

Why do you think that putting down whites in the U.S. is going to help you?

You ran your own country down, now you are looking to run down our country too?

I mean if we just expand the school day to ~12 hrs/day including weekends, that should even things up a bit. It’s just rote memorization and drilling, anyone can do it, we just choose not to. It’s not innate intelligence we are dealing with here.

Are you saying that is what Asians do?

If you look at the parents, you can tell how smart a kid will be. You can't just keep tutoring all the kids life.

No, not necessarily. I think a 12 hr school day including weekends will simply even the playing field, less of a need for tutoring, supplementation, etc. A lot can be accomplished in a 12 hr school day. Go home, maybe practice a sport/instrument, eat, go to bed, rinse and repeat. This would yield interesting results I believe.

Yes, we all want to be like you - we all want to be bots under a dictatorship.

Better yet, you know who does that? CHINA.

I’m not saying this is good or healthy but the results would be interesting.

Go do it there, not here.

I am not Chinese. Far from it. Ivy league acceptance and success is possible for almost anyone with an IQ over 100 if they’re willing and able to put in the work.

The dictator has ordered it. So I guess we better do it then.

Again, insane. Why would we even want that here? There is no value in that way of life. All that matters to you is money, because where you come from you are either dirt poor, or very rich. Your thinking conflicts with America, and what America stands for, and you don't even realize it, because all you want to see are white people who are dumb, not smarter than you (which they are).

Being an ass* doesn't help your evil ideology. Your pretending to help the racial equality while actively exercising racial discrimination and racial hatred is pathetic.

Maybe the civil rights leaders should have only focused on what would be best for African Americans and Native Americans. Forget immigrants, including those from Africa.

Didn't know Asians started to immigrate to the US because of MLK. I know you guys are bad at math and science and didn't know you're so bad at history too. So what are you good at?

Black person here to say eff you:

“The Civil Rights Movement that culminated in the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ushered in a new age when we could envision the color of one’s skin may be neither an advantage nor a disadvantage. It also led to the overhaul of our immigration system, dismantling the preferences favoring those from the Western hemisphere by offering equal opportunity to everyone to immigrate to the United States without discrimination based on one’s national origin under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.”

This is 21st century. We live in the age of AI and Quantum Computing.
Nobody owe anyone anything in this country, espcially Asians.
The kind of vitim mentality and 'somebody owe me something' mentality is not good for anything.

Well that’s an interesting way of admitting that you were completely wrong about what African American civil rights leaders did for immigrants from Asia

Not the Bee’s best. Lame and rude.

Agreed. Sometimes they are very funny. This one kind of stank.

It’s never funny.

Jackson graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Jackson is the most experienced trial court judge to join the Supreme Court in almost a century.

Jackson served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for nearly 8 years, giving her more trial court experience than any sitting Supreme Court justice and more than any justice since Edward Sanford, who was nominated to the Supreme Court in 1923.

Jackson is only the second sitting justice to serve at all three levels of the federal judiciary.

Jackson has more than eight years of experience as a judge— more than Justices Thomas, Roberts, Kagan, and Barrett had combined when they were confirmed.

Jackson is the first public defender to become a Supreme Court justice in the history of the Court.

She is first justice with substantial criminal defense experience since Thurgood Marshall retired in 1991.

She was one of three-judges on the D.C. Circuit that rejected Trump's attempt to keep the National Archives and Records Administration from turning over his White House records to the House select committee investigating the January 6 assault.

Justice Jackson is what mediocre whites are afraid of. There are many like her waiting in the wings in future elite college admission cycles. AA or not.

Yeah, I saw that “satirical” headline and thought it would be a picture of Thomas. What was his credential for the federal bench? He ran the EEOC? And not very well. No one else would get a Supreme Court appointment with that background. The R’s needed a Bladk man to replace Marshall and he was the most conservative d one they could find. He’s the affirmative action hire and he knows it — that’s why he has an enormous chip on his shoulder.

Thomas is the complete opposite.

Jackson is brilliant.

The white people aren’t dumber. Obviously they have different priorities, the capability is there, they just choose not to access it. We have a lazy culture by some Asian standards. We are lazy compared to most Americans 20 years ago.

Now versus 1965 is a big damn deal to the immigrants it helped. The virtuous thing in this situation would be to graciously admit you were wrong. And maybe apologize for the rude jab at blacks being bad at math, science, and history. Maybe your crappy reaction here is evidence of why your own personality scores were so low.

Scores? As in standardized test scores?

The SAT/ACT are pretty much irrelevant going forward.

Look for the permanent test optional announcements from most of the T25 before the 2024-2025 admissions cycle.

Most are already TO for this fall.

And...no school of significance followed MIT.

In synopsis I glanced, the Court summarized affirmative action is stereotypical, something to that effect, assuming all race thinks alike, are similar, etc. I guess affirmative action assumes certain people are just naturally challenged intellectually. This is a great day for URM, as they will no longer be assumed to be inferior. Those who make it will be presumed to be qualified. Finally, URMs will receive equal treatment under the law. It's a great day in America when all people, whites, brown, and blacks are judged by the content of their character.
