If we don't get in, we'll stay at our ES; figured it was worth the shot.

Swami appreciates that you didn't throw away your shot and sees you peeping at the Private School forum tonight on their results day.

Swami says sign onto that PTO letter because you are going to be advocating for hybrid this fall for your current school.

a. Will my kid get into SWW for HS coming from a private K-8 in the district, and if so

Thank you all knowing SWAMI!!!!

Hey, why not! This is for K, no siblings. If we strike out (which we definitely will) we'll be back at our IB.

2. Two Rivers at 4th
3. E.L.Haynes
4. Creative Minds
5. Capital City PCS

We assume this is very unlikely and plan to keep DC in current childcare setting which we are happy with.

Swami thinks that you have been too comfortable having to not commute anywhere in the last 12 months. Your number at your top three will be terrible, but after the pandemic shakes out, you'll get a place at Cap City in September. You'll decide to stay in your care situation because you are worried about DS' sibling.

You'll move to Anne Arundel County in 2023.

Thanks Swami. DC actually has an older, and not younger, sibling. Live in upper northwest so happy with our IB & feeder pattern. Not a chance we will be moving outside of DC for reasons not related to schools.

K is often an easier year for ITDS. And they are reopening only one day a week in April so that may put people off.

Swami says you'll get into LAMB SD at your first pull and determine the commute untenable. You will get an offer at CHMS after September 15th because your master number was reallly good, and after posting lots of inquiries on MOTH, will take it.

Thanks Lottery Seer! We are in the north part of the Miner boundary so I think we could do the LAMB SD commute! But yeah, CHMS is our first choice and if we get in there, we are definitely taking it.

What are the seer's school reopening predictions? Hard to piece together from so far ...

HS not 5 days a week
Some elementary's 5 days
Fancy across the park elementary's still hybrid or parents will lobby for hybrid?

You know SD is closing and you will have to commute to Kingsbury, right?

Swami can just means pundit or seer. Lighten up.

Definition of swami
1: a Hindu ascetic or religious teacher
specifically : a senior member of a religious order —used as a title
2: one that resembles or emulates a swami : PUNDIT, SEER
