Why are there so few Trump signs in DC, given all the conservatives who live and work here?

Disagree with you, but love the writing: ...torched the thin veneer of acceptability ... excellent!

Wait...didn't he increase the deficit AND debt too? Y'all cool with that, yeah? Ohh but when Obama was in office it's a problem. I gotcha.

I love that the trump supporters are throwing a fit. They're SCARED. Maybe if they put up this resistance when their uncle slept with them we'd have a better population. Oh? Are the snowflakes offended? Did I trigger you?

I'm looking forward to being as nasty as the right wing is. I used to care about them and their sn kids. Nope, not anymore.

Wow, you sound like a delightful person.😳

I’ve seen none of those, but Republicans are desperately trying to whitewash their support for Trump.

Remember 52 Senators voted to allow his corruption.

The best example is probably Miles Taylor, who signed off on tearing kids away from their parents and is now trying to bill himself as not supporting Trump.

Miles Taylor? Are you kidding me? Anonymous? What a joke—the guy CNN hired and who didn’t sign off on anything? That Miles Taylor? Take deep breath, have a light whiskey and soda, and relax.

We have since had hate mail in our door and my boss told me someone in our neighborhood reached out to him via LinkedIn to warn him he hired a racist (aka me). Turns out he is also a republican and told me who reached out. Yes, I emailed the person and let them know I found out. So there is no question why people don’t put signs up. We don’t like to be harassed.

This cannot be the case since the Democratic Party is the party of bumper stickers, which all seem to read “COEXIST.”

Ew, found the suburbanite.

Republicans only give a damn when a Democrats in office. Notice how they never talk about how Reagan increased the debt massively while he was in office.

I don't care about delighting nazis. You want to be mean? Awesome. I'm going to get so much meaner. The right lost the moral high ground. Screw you, screw your idiot family, and screw your moron kids.

Anonymous wrote:Fellow Trump supporter here. Part of it was watching all of our liberal friends cry and pearl-clutch after the last election. The way they talked, they just couldn't understand why anyone would vote for Trump. Since then, the dialogue has only deteriorated. Jumps straight to name-calling and snarling. Your education, morals and character are called into question (even though I have posted numerous citations in DCUM threads that show that Republicans are just as (or more) informed than Democrats on a wide variety of topics, including science, the Constitution, US history, etc. etc.) There is basically no convincing people (so no reason for a sign) and no reason to risk property damage from all of the enlightened liberals in our area.

This.
Highly educated, female. Don't need the name-calling etc.--gets old really fast. If people want to discuss the specifics of a specific policy or proposal based on facts and evidence, I'll all in. But the broad-brush stuff--forget it. Like pp who has done all of the pro bono work (BRAVO!), I'll stick to walking the walk instead of talking the talk.

This whole thread reflects the deep and angry emotion of the liberals. They seems to have resorted heavily to name calling over the last few years: Liberals on a facts & data diet. And their cancel culture engine is huge and well-oiled. Instead of a thoughtful exchange, just call all Republicans racists and put cancel culture in first gear and release the parking brake.
Well, I guess we will see what Biden, Inc can do.

You said conservative. I work for a conservative think tank and everyone is voting for Biden. They HATE Trump. He goes against everything they believe in.

No there aren't. His support is 1% among black women. 1%. That is not plenty.

Black women were the demographic most likely to vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016. I’m in this demographic and don’t know anyone black who is a Trump supporter. Not sure about the LGBTQ stats but can’t imagine there are many (out) gay Trump supporters either.

I have met several black Trump supporters, not to mention of course all the rappers who support him. Lol. Lil Wayne lookin at choo.

My cousin is a chaplain. He was telling me this black woman told him she has to tell him a secret. The secret was that she likes trump and is voting for him.

Wow. 1. It's a landslide.

The trumpsters on this thread are acting like DC, MD or VA are going for Trump. Newsflash. He will significantly lose all 3 jurisdictions. His EO on the federal workforce won't help either.
