I AM FED UP WITH THE EARLY SUNSETS. SICK OF IT. EXHAUSTED & TIRED. I AM OVER IT.

Same. This winter blows. It's been so warm and wet.

I just want ONE good snow. And it can be gone in 24-48 hours. Just one, please.

I hate the endless long days.

Put newspapers over all of your windows and stay inside after 7 PM.
PROBLEM SOLVED.

Unfortunately those who want longer daylight during the winter months do not have a similar option.

That isn't an attractive look, pp ( not op)

I can’t imagine how healthier everyone would be if they could go out after work. Some nights my kids beg for the playground but instead just tear us my house. I think the time change is the reason everyone gains weight in the winter

You know there is no rule that you can’t go out in the dark! You can go for a walk in the dark. Take flashlights. Play flashlight tag. The problem isn’t the lack of light it is that you lack imagination and are soft.

Umm I have toddlers. And it’s actually against the law to be on a playground after dusk. It’s not safe for my toddlers to be on sidewalks to taking walks after dark. Cars just don’t see us.

And yeah no video either. Too young. My youngest is too young for even the occasionally movie even. He doesn’t see them. Ugh (we fly a lot, this sucks)

Has you or known anyone arrested for that? I have never seen it.

We follow it; it doesn't follow us.
Go with the flow.

I'm loving getting to work in daylight - but in ten days, it will be back to getting to work in the dark. BOOOOO!

This is so odd - the earth's axis tilts and part of the year we get more light than the other part of the year. How does this make someone angry??? And if you do get irritated by it - why not get irritated by the darker part of the year. Bring on the light!

This. I’m all for daylight savings time but wish they hadn’t expanded it into March and November in 2007. I think the balance was much better when it started in April and ended in October. By April there are enough daylight hours that the morning aren’t so difficult.

Me too, OP, me too. I feel like I am crawling across the finish line. I hate short dark days.

Again - The days do not get longer because of DST. They get longer because of the Earth’s position in relation to the sun. In 10 days, the amount of daylight will be longer, without the time change.

PP here. I know this. But it FEELS longer, and I cannot wait. Long, slow, warm evenings are the best thing ever.
