I AM FED UP WITH THE EARLY SUNSETS. SICK OF IT. EXHAUSTED & TIRED. I AM OVER IT.

Yes when winter begins days do start to get longer but I too am looking forward to more daylight.

There will be the same amount of daylight. Science!

Most people can only take advantage of it in the evenings. Reality!

It depends on what you mean by "take advantage of it." Most people can get up earlier. Whether they want to, is a different question.

I'll take all the light I can get -- early or late.

Holy cow, you’re pedantic.

No, just annoyed by people who don't seem to know about daylight that happens before they wake up.

NP.

You are tiresome. I’m up early. But during that time I’m getting teens to their bus stop and then driving to work. I cannot get up any earlier to take advantage of daylight. With the time change I will be able to enjoy the daylight after work. My teens can go to practice and come outside and see some daylight. It makes a difference.

Pssst- they know when the sun comes up. Really. You’re the annoying one.

It’s crazy that PP thinks we are all sleeping, missing the daylight. Everyone I know in this area is up and moving before sunrise.

I'm up early too. I take advantage of the earlier daylight in the mornings by getting up in daylight instead of in the dark. I enjoy the daylight in the morning by getting up in it. My kids do too. As you say, it makes a difference.

Be annoyed. But you're still pedantic.

For most people, in the morning, they are up getting ready for work/going to work. That is not "Taking advantage of the morning" as they would in the evening when they have the rest of the day to enjoy: eat outside, play with kids, sit outside and read, or any number of things. But you know that and are just being difficult.

The sun is not setting early; it is setting right on time.
We follow it; it doesn't follow us.
Go with the flow.

I hate the endless long days.

Put newspapers over all of your windows and stay inside after 7 PM.
PROBLEM SOLVED.

Unfortunately those who want longer daylight during the winter months do not have a similar option.

So buy a lamp.

Changing the clock on an arbitrary date is asinine. The length of the day doesn’t change. Get your ass out of bed earlier.

I hate people like you. I want daylight at the end of my work day, what the eff good does it do me earlier in the day when I'm stuck in the cube? You vampires need to learn how to adjust.
