I AM FED UP WITH THE EARLY SUNSETS. SICK OF IT. EXHAUSTED & TIRED. I AM OVER IT.

I hate the endless long days.

Put newspapers over all of your windows and stay inside after 7 PM.
PROBLEM SOLVED.

Unfortunately those who want longer daylight during the winter months do not have a similar option.

So buy a lamp.

Changing the clock on an arbitrary date is asinine. The length of the day doesn’t change. Get your ass out of bed earlier.

Yes when winter begins days do start to get longer but I too am looking forward to more daylight.

The days get significantly longer as soon as we change the clocks.

Umm what? The days do not get longer when you change the clocks. The daylight just gets shifted to a different time - more in the evening, less in the morning. The days have been getting longer ever since dec 25. I enjoy watching them get longer. Just got back from a trip near the equator where it is currently darker earlier in the evening.

Same

Same here—had a delightful walk with my dog around 6. I was thinking how bright and warm it was!

Nope, not a summer person.

I have always been a true lover of summer and longer days, but, now that I have a toddler I have really been enjoying the shorter days, it's so easy to get her to sleep at night when it's already been dark for over an hour. I feel like It will be hard to do once the days are longer

It will be the opposite as she gets older.

Winter she will be inside more and complaining while during the summer she will happy outside playing with her friends.

I dread it. I love winter weather and dark evenings.

It’s going to be a long hot summer.

So do the muggers. They love longer evenings too.

I'm with you! As an insomniac, I even love losing that hour of sleep. One less hour for me to lie there and toss and turn!

Complaining about the weather or sunlight is literally the dumbest, most futile thing one could do. I mean really, move somewhere that suits your or just shut up.

I want snow.

It’s not too much to ask in WINTER.

That’s all.

Get a Seasonal Affective Disorder light. Problem solved.

12 days?!?! This is the best news I have heard in weeks! I need the sun and more light in the evenings to feel human.
