You’re not very bright. You can thank Kirsten Gillibrand for ousting Franken. I’m a conservative and thought that was a complete witch hunt. Same with Garrison Keillor. You liberals are your own worst enemies. |
Major wishful thinking on your part. ![]() |
Absolutely. And high school? ![]() |
It's pretty onvious he has been deceptive about a lot of things. His body language in reaction to Sen. Harris's question speaks volumes more than than his verbal response that took him 24 hours to muster. |
This |
DP. It’s astounding that you have already decided what he must have done (in HIGH SCHOOL, mind you) and are ready to convict. Doesn’t matter that you have no clue what was in this letter, or if there was any accusation of ANY kind. What a perfect example of liberal madness. Make up some spurious accusation, then try desperately to make everyone believe it. You people have no concept of integrity, yet you’re the first to claim anyone who disagrees with you is somehow in the wrong. Disgusting. |
My, my-; control your anger! |
And yet, when the accusations of him being a groper started flying, you were silent. Now that it's Kavanaugh's turn, it's too late to speak up. |
You are both idiots, as is anyone still claiming he deliberately snubbed this man. He quite clearly thought it was another protester (who, in a way, it was), and he wasn’t about to shake his hand or engage in any way. Why would he? He didn’t know who the man was, and neither would any of you had you been approached out of the blue by a stranger. Get over yourselves. |
Lighten up, Francis. Do you not understand the meaning of the word "potential?" |
100% |
Then why did he start to extend his hand? |
I was silent? That’s wild, considering you have no idea what I said. As it happens, I spoke up often on DCUM, saying exactly what I said above. As did many other conservatives, moderates, and independents. You know, the same people. Nice assumption though. Completely predictable. And what do you mean, “Kavanaugh’s turn”?? There you go again with your wild assumptions. |
That is what I saw, too. I think it's possible he was tired, and overstimulated, and did not take in who the guy was. But he definitely seemed to hear the introduction, then withdraw his hand with that look on his face. |
Probably habit. If someone extends their hand, it’s impolite not to return FB gesture. But he caught himself, realizing that he was probably about to shake the hand of a protester. Which is exactly why Gutenberg ambushed him. He was trying to put Kavanaugh on the spot and embarrass him. Total grandstander. |
