+1. And I don't really care much for soccer, but this Cup has been extremely entertaining. So much drama!

First day of the World Cup that both my teams won. Love both France and Uruguay. Can't believe Mbappe is 19. Hope Cavani is ok!

Mbappe is 19 and still lives with his parents in his childhood home and bedroom. He makes mega €€€€ playing for PSG. He’s the future of les Bleus. The best is yet to come with him. Love him.

Vive les Bleus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Macron has said he may travel to see them if they reach the semi-finals. Interesting political situation there.

The French national team shows show people of all races and athletes of all kinds can become great footballers, perhaps a even few crack's.

do you think Mbappe is thinking about college soccer?

Mbappe has one the the French national league championship for the last two years.. he is not typical of other young soccer players. There are many mediocre European players who sit on the reserve list of 2nd tier teams that at 19-20 that really should think about dropping their dream and getting a good education while their still young.

What? He plays for PSG, salary is around $18 million. And that’s before endorsements. He’s on a much different level than college soccer (and I assume you mean US college soccer). He is the new Ronaldo/ Messi /Neymar. He’s here to stay and has 15+ years in pro soccer ahead of him.

I am guessing that was pure sarcasm that you are responding to...

And Spain hasn't even scored a proper goal.

Keep in mind that Spain had to replace their coach 2 days before their first game, because him and Real Madrid couldn’t keep an announcement in their pants until after the tournament.
