She’s been on the cover of In Style (US).

I don’t really get the hate here. I think she’s pretty and it’s nice to have some variety in Hollywood, but then I don’t tend to love or hate any stars because I’m just not that invested.

PP here. I remember when Quantico first came out, all the trailers were "and starring....PRIYANKA CHOPRA!" like she was a big star here, but nobody knew who she was.

I think she's stunning, but I can also tell she's had a LOT of work done. If you look at her Miss World pictures vs today she looks completely different. She's "whitened" herself a lot, which I think is so sad. Her skin is way lighter, her nose has been completely changed, etc.

So from the wiki info about her, she’s a pretty accomplished star and a big philanthropist. Time even named her on the 100 Most Influential in the world list.

She’s just not as well known here, but there’s nothing wrong with that. Everyone in Hollywood has to start somewhere but it doesn’t seem to matter if she becomes popular here or not as she’s not a newbie nobody on the global scale.

As much as that would amuse me, Priyanka isn't Nikki Bella.

She doesn't seem fickle to me and she's been focused on one thing for the past three years - acceptance and even reverence within American society. Citizenship would help that along, especially since she has an excuse to stick around after her show got canceled and after Baywatch no one is giving her a second chance at a lead film role.

True for both. Had never heard of Chopra before royal wedding and never watched Suits so didn’t know Markle until she started dating Harry. Chopra looks so old next to Jonas. He looks like her son when they’re pictured together almost like she’s trying to stay relevant in America.

Nick Jonas has a weirdly-shaped baby-face and it doesn't help that he dresses like a college student whose mother told him to run to Macys and grab a tux for prom. Next to Priyanka, who tries to wear avante garde fashion and just ends up looking severe and older than her years...its not a good match. If she had married someone like George Clooney who was older than her and dressed like a consummate multimillionaire it would have made the comparisons between them less problematic.







Basically she looks like she should be dating George Clooney or Tom Cruise (if he was taller than her) and he looks like he should be dating Demi Lovato or Ariana Grande.
