Which is why we're wondering when she's going to give up and go home. Also can you tell me - all my Indian friends are/were obsessed with getting married by 30. I also think this could be a contract relationship but more because I don't think she voluntarily puts her private life out there like that. She must be really trying hard to make it in Hollywood. If she looks too "easy," I imagine her Indian fans will ditch her.

An Indian woman in Hollywood is RARE. It's hard enough in Hollywood as a white woman. There is a very good amount of other minority representation- black, hispanic and east Asian- not South Asian and especially not South Asian women.

I mean the first and ONLY (and awful) Indian representation of Indians/South Asians in Hollywood for years was Apu fromThe Simpsons.

It took time for black women to make it in Hollywood, then Hispanic women came into play and then east Asian women made it to the stage. She (and Mindy Kaling) have pulled down some of those barriers (even though she's in her 30s) for South Asian women and kudos to her for that.

I can’t get over how short and wide her neck is. Just very short and stocky looking. Definitely beautiful, but nothing special by Hollywood standards.
