Yeah, the amount of racists on here is mind boggling. I cringed to read PP's post on how all Indian women try desperately to get married before thirty. I am an Indian woman who grew up with a group of other Indian women and we stil remain close. Every one of us got married between 35-40 with one being gay wedding. Stop with the south Asian stereotypes.

As for Prianka, I think she is not a good actress. The second issue is that, while she is beautiful, Hollywood wants stick thin women and that she is definitely not. Lastly, I think her accent gets in the way for many roles.

I love Meghan, but the only reason we even know Priyanka's name is because she started doing television interviews non-stop five months pre-wedding saying what a friend Meghan is and Megs rewarded her with a wedding invitation.

If Meghan hadn't had something Priyanka wanted, she would have found something else to use to stay in the spotlight with.

Eh, I think tons of white actresses look the same, but yes, there are very few Indian actresses and when someone talks about a beautiful Indian actress I think it’s Friwda or Ayshwarya. Priyanka is unknown and not very attractive.

I have a friend from high school (in the US) who is from a big Bollywood family who has talked about the intense homophobia in India in general and in Bollywood. She is a gorgeous never married woman who is in her mid thirties who was previously linked to Tom Hiddleston.

Also I agree that she hasn’t really made it in the US. I think it’s a combo of her age, her poor interviewing skills (she comes across as very arrogant and tone deaf), and her subpar acting abilities. Not entirely because she is south Asian. Mindy Kaling and Archie (can’t remember her last name) from the good wife are much more talented.
