As for Trump--I hate his style. However, I like much of what he is accomplishing. Do I like everything he does? NO. But, the choice was clear to me. Hillary made a mess of everything she ever touched.

Voting is about choices. You cannot separate them. And, I do not think you have any idea of what Trump's base is. I'm not sure I do. Is it those who voted for him? Is it those at the rallies? Is it those who held their noses and voted for him? Is it those who support him because of the good things he is accomplishing?
Right now, I would vote for him again. If Mueller comes up with something on collusion, then I won't have to do so. One thing for sure, I like him better than the alternatives that are currently being presented by the Dems.

It's convenient for Dems to paint Trump's base with broad strokes, but the reality is they have no idea who voted for him. Actually, lets be real about who is hypocritical. Conservatives run on traditional family values, responsible fiscal policy, free markets, and smaller govt. Trump Admin violates all of those "key" values.

Democrats try to practice what they preach. Witness Franken, Weinstein, and even Bill Clinton. No Democrat defended Bill's behavior. The argument was simply that lying to the FBI about what was sex did not rise to an impeachable action. No one defended his behavior. Now, I have heard very few Republicans call out Trump for his behavior, which is far worse and continued to occur decades after Clinton's behavior.

I was an early poster, who pointed out that it is the LIBERALS who are fear-mongering in order to scare minorities - traditionally, their base - to the polls, since turn-out is key to a Democrat win. I specifically called out the false and horrible comparisons to Hitler......essentially saying, "vote Democrat or the racists will get you!"

But I'm not entirely unhappy with the job Trump is doing. His style is horrible, of course. Other than that, I don't have too many complaints. So I fully own my actions.
