Peter is from Wisconsin. I bet there aren't that many black women up north so it's not strange he has never dated one before. I think he's just not that into her or is one of those guys who thinks marriage is optional, or is too normal to be ready to get married after a TV show.

Totally agree. I think even though she says that she really just wants some hot, man candy. I mean in college she dated Kevin Durant, she clearly values a very fit, tall dude. She very quickly eliminated all the guys with real white collar jobs like her (ER physician, lawyer, etc). She just wants a dumb jock type.

How did I not know this. I am new to bachelor nation (only on season 2 or 3 of ever watching) so I don't know anyone's back story or any of the podcast/blogs that are fun to check in with that have all this info- although I know they exist.

I think it's this -- he's too normal to want to be engaged after knowing someone for such a short time. I'm GLAD he's hesitating, it proves he's a normal guy.

I am a long time member of bachelor-nation, but this season seems really hard to get attached to the storyline b/c they keep breaking up the arc of the story with weeks off with NBA, then 4th of July, now they have the Men Tell All right in the middle of Peter's overnight (?) date... It's like they are trying to break up any loyalty we might have to the show.

Am I missing something?--- they ended in the middle of Peter's date and the next show is the Men Tell All, right? Just very confusing for viewers.

It's obvious she ends up with Bryan - Peter's not ready, Eric is younger and much less experienced, and they have 'mysteriously' left us without yet seeing anything from the date and fantasy night with Bryan. Hmm.

What a mistake. I would never want Bryan's mom as my MIL. And he's so damn phony. Eric is the only sincere one left.
