God, Bryan is awful. Rachel would have the MIL from hell!

But the passion!!! Ugh, if I hear her talk one more time about passion, I am going to barf. I really liked her going in, but I cannot believe she can't see through his crap. Especially after her FAMILY called him on it. But I am 100% sure Bryan is the one she's going to pick and I'm so disgusted. I mean, her father is a FEDERAL JUDGE. I can't imagine how mortified he must be by all this.

I've been way too invested in this season and have been checking other discussion boards. The more I see it, the more I wonder if it is crappy editing to make us more invested in who gets the lead next. Plus if they showed Bryan to be a great, nice guy and you see the bachelorette clearly falling for him, where would be the interest in watching or talking about it? I see the whole Latin Lover, too smooth, stereotype they are putting on Bryan. It reminds me of Roberto with Ally. Yes, I see you ABC. What would they have done if there was a white guy that was all-in with Rachel and ready to get married - what edit would he have gotten?

I've been watching some of this SM/interview stuff and Dean has been more than a little shady lately. It's gone from, I will always be a little in love with Rachel to looking forward to growing our friendship to she is blinding by lust with Bryan (how is that respectful putting your "friend" on blast and trashing her relationship) to I want Peter to be the next bachelor but he would be kinda boring, to liking a borderline racist IG post about him not dating black women any more/now he's back (upping the ante in his ATR comment)

Peter, don't get me started with Peter. I was team #pachel in the beginning. But I don't see why ABC editing wouldn't have given us a true two guys all-in chasing Rachel /who will she choose, if they had that on tape. I'm seeing Rachel doing most of the work for Peter and wondering if she is the Bachelorette or is he the Bachelor. People are turning up the heat on Rachel that she should accept a guy that isn't into her and lower her expectations. Look at the Bachelorettes that are still together with their picks - did any of their guys make them feel less than secure in his feelings? You stand by and run the risk of it being that Harry Met Sally line where she said "all this time I've been saying that he didn't want to get married, when the truth is he didn't want to marry me". It's clear that either Peter isn't into Rachel or he isn't secure enough to go for it/he is not use to working for it. Say what you want about Bryan, but he isn't putting it on cruise control.

OR JUAN PABLO! He was super smooth until he was a total dbag

So true. I would have preferred to hear less about the Waboom stuff and more from some of the other guys.

They spent a lot of time on Kenny. Are they prepping him for the next bachelor?

I think Rachel was unfair to the guy who she knew as a little kid. I'm glad he stood up for himself but he was too nice to her, and she didn't apologize for the way she treated him. She never gave him a chance.

They treated Lee like a scapegoat. Besides his tweets, did he really do anything that bad on the show except be passive aggressive? They went a little overboard with how they treated him. And then Rachel waving her fingers at him saying she could teach him a thing or two just seemed like she thinks she's superior. Why can't people treat each other as equals instead of either as superior or inferior? Did anyone call out Kenny for being misogynistic or racist calling Lee a b!tch? No, but Lee was forced to confess he's a racist. Lee and Kenny's behavior was pretty much equal, yet Kenny was treated better by bringing out his daughter.

That was Fred. Multiple sources have said that Fred wasn't there because he was interested in Rachel, he was there solely for the fame. It makes sense that Rachel could see through that.

That seems like BS. All I've read about Fred is that he has his own domain name. That hardly makes him famous.

Just caught up on the episode last night. I think they did go a bit overboard with the Kenny/Lee topic. They were so focused on making Lee admit he was racist; makes you wonder if there were fewer black guys in the group if they'd have taken it that far. It seemed Lee 'came around,' but at same time, the pressure they put on him was intense. He had to think fast and must have been aware that he was literally in the minority among the group.

No chance Kenny will be the next bachelor. I think they've almost always picked from the final four. Eric would be more likely to be the bachelor if they decided to have a black male lead.

I think they need to stop bringing on people as a "surprise" that the person already knows (like with Nick too) its so effing awkward, if they had any interest, they would have gotten in touch already!

Honestly I'd love a world where all racists are "forced" to confess they are gross. I wish Kenny didn't use the term bitch but he didn't compare NOW to say the SS, which would be "pretty much equal" behavior.

True. It's like they didn't really like the person until they found out they were the bachelor/ette like that girl that hooked up with Nick at a wedding.

Did anyone else feel like Matt should have gotten more screen time during the show? I was confused as to why he got as far as he did when there was barely any focus on him...I guess they edited out most of his scenes. He really grew on me though, and I wish I could have seen more of his interactions with Rachel. Plus I thought he looked really good in the Men Tell All episode.

Who's Matt? I had to look him up. I was also wondering why he was there when he had no screen time. I liked the guy with the doll better and he also got little air time.

Kenny is just too much. He lacks control and totally bought into Lee's BS.

Yes, I wish they had showed some of the deleted scenes with Matt. Will he be on Bachelor in Paradise?
