Hotness has as much to do with persona and personality as it does with looks. Smart, confident, fun women with pretty good looks are hotter than a "babe" who is young and dumb. Years ago I was in a store on Long Island and there was this incredibly hot babe standing near me at the cashier. Then she opened her mouth and she was chewing gum and spoke with a heavy Long Island accent. She went from hot to cold in a nano second.

I was still getting carded at 40. People think I'm 10-15 years younger. A lot of Asian women age well so it all depends on genes and lifestyle.

40-something here. I may not be turning the heads of 20-30 year old men, but the 40-50 year old men? Yes. I'm sure they're looking at the younger ones, too, but they're still interested in the older women who keep their looks up and appear confident and pleasant. Especially when they're with their wives who look unpleasant.

My DW is 42 and the mother of six kids (yes, we are nuts) but she looks 10 years younger and can fit into clothes she wore when she was in her 20's. She's got great genes and burns a ton of calories chasing these kids around. When we are on vacation and she is in a bathing suit surrounded by six kids there is no twenty something on the beach who looks hotter than her. The twenty something may have a flatter belly but she's just not as hot. She's pretty oblivious to it all given she's so busy but it's fun for me. Hotness isn't just age related!

You haven't been reading the sexless marriage threads. A whole lot of sex-starved men out there and the bar won't be very high for them. Hot or not they will be ready to hit that, since the hot au pair is untouchable
