It caught my eye that the police officer quoted yesterday said “We currently have no reason to disbelieve Sherri Papini’s story.” Did anyone else think that the word CURRENTLY was a bit telling? |
Something about her face in photos makes me think that she's a little wackadoo, so her story is probably not all it seems to be. |
The husband's statement is horrifying. ![]() |
Totally agree |
She has crazy eyes. |
Unless she paid someone to beat her up, it sounds like the real deal.

Anyone know what she does for a living? |
p I believe someone didn't like her personal views, abducted her and stopped short of murder |
It's extremely unlikely that this has anything to do with her "personal views". |
But it's weird - supposedly the caller said she had long blonde hair but husband said it was chopped off. And she was bound to an object but had her hands free and was waving a shirt. I also heard that he got there before the cops did - is that confirmed?? |
I don't agree. If it isn't a hoax the details of her abduction and torture sound personal, especially given that women were involved. |
Yes...they both have what we traditional refer to as "crazy eyes" but she clearly has blonde eyelashes and that doesn't help so I am willing to overlook them in this case. |
she weighed 87 pounds! That alone is very disturbing. She seems to have really suffered |
how much did she weigh before? She looks pretty petite so I'm guessing 87 isn't a huge weight loss. If I weighed 87 pounds, that would be more worthy. I hope they figure out what happened in any case. |
If it isn't a hoax, she is incredibly lucky to be alive.
Do we know who received the $50,000 that was raised for her safe return? |
