Shooting in Munich

| I'm in Munich with my family right now.. We were trying to get on the u bahn when we noticed no one was there (though others were going to the tracks behind us). The signs didn't have when the next train was coming and then they announced to leave the station immediately. We walked back to the hotel amidst many police sirens and helicopters. We could see people in bars watching breaking news so we tried to get back asap. The hotel was on lock down also - no one allowed in lobby /doors shut. Glad to be back in the hotel room.. |

Any German speakers should check out this video which is supposed to be the shooter from the McDonalds on the roof of a parking garage:
https://twitter.com/Conflicts/status/756553983250931712 According to translations in the subsequent tweets, the shooter says he is German, was born in Germany, and was bullied while in social services. But, if a good German-speaker could confirm this, it would be helpful. |

Um, first of all, I'm not a woman, and idiot, I didn't obviously mean every shooting that happens, fool. Every media shooting which is mass shooting, etc is already being talked about on every need channel. You thought I meant every single shooting? Now, I really do feel sad for you. He does mention "I grew up in the Hartz 4" (basically unemoyment benefits in Germany). Someone else (not the shooter) yells out "fucking Turks." Someone else yells "fucking Kanaken" (essentially, foreigners). I've seen reports of up to 3 gunmen; others only confirm 1 or 2. Apparently one attacker is dead from a self inflicted gunshot. |

Tweets are moving too fast for me to find it again. But that is similar to a summary I read on Twitter. It was others who were shouting at the gunman about the effing foreigners and Turks. Not the gunman shouting that. I think that is what that led to the confusion and reports that the gunman was shouting anti-foreigner things. The lady who CNN was talking to stated she heard him shout Allah Akbar, before targeting children |

| Its very difficult to understand what the above conversation reveals except the shooter grew up in Germany. I wonder why the person on the balcony was co froting them? |

It is unclear who is saying what. The non-shooters were yelling "foreigners" probably at the foreign gunmen. It's obvious. |

He could have been born in Germany but is the child of immigrants and most likely he is Muslim is my bet. |
