Couple requested guests wear the same color for wedding

White Parties are a long-held tradition in the gay community: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Party

It's more campy than pretentious, IMO. Why not extend that to a wedding, especially when the two brides have been together for years and probably want to honor their shared community as much as they want to celebrate their marriage.

My bust size is about 6 dress sizes larger than the rest of me.

That sounds, um, unnatural. Are you Barbie?

No, Barbie has an FF cup. I'm a GG or H. It's just a matter of being unlucky.

They have also been a long held tradition in fraternities and in the Hamptons and anywhere else there is a lot of coke. Its hardly sacred. Its a little bit of an imposition, but whatever I wouldn't care. I think you can also do a little bit of pale accent colors as prints, etc. because in pics it won't show as much

OP here. I've decided to order a few dresses in bigger sizes from eBay. I can alter them if they mostly fit. Going in to a store and trying on dresses is usually a frustrating ordeal. Nothing fits and it sucks to fall in love with a bunch of dresses I can never wear.

Thanks for the help! I am determined to find an all white dress that fits.

JC Penney has First Communion dresses.

I'm not that familiar with Catholicism, but aren't those for children? I honestly can't tell if you're being snarky or I'm missing some religious tradition.

What's wrong with eBay?

While I was appreciative of the links and ideas, most of the things posted will not fit me. I really liked the talbots outfit, but they're not currently selling it on their website. I don't really want to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress I'll have to alter and am not going to wear often. Also, eBay has all of the same brands as retailers like Nordstrom.

Maybe try eshakti.com? I have several large-busted friends who swear by it.

I'm the PP who posted the image of the Talbots outfit. Here are the links to the sweater and skirt:

Sorry, I should have included those in my original post. They are having 30% off your entire purchase through Mother's Day.

I was coming to post the same links and also to add: if you like the looks of the Talbots outfit (which I agree is pretty), it seems like you could find a similar white skirt and top anywhere. Much easier than messing with ebay and alterations.

OP I am sure the wedding will be lovely. We order several dresses for Prom that way. Just check the return policy. They never have good ones at the stores ...
