I see your comments on so many threads. I am guessing you don't have a desk job, but how is it you have the time to give your two cents in so many forums? are you always at your computer?

I did have a desk job, and was at the computer all day. But since the company laid off half the staff, I now work 1-3 hours a day teaching. I'm on the computer in between classes—lining up gigs, marketing, interviewing, redesigning website, etc.

I have such low self-esteem lately. I feel very insecure about initiating new friendships and am so sensitive to rejection. I didn't used to be like this, I always had a lot of friends and made them easily and naturally--but now that I'm an isolated SAHM and most of my old friends are in another city, I feel awkward and clumsy in social situations--like I've forgotten how to make friends.

Oh, and I read People and TMZ online way too much lately...my brain is full of marbles.

maybe spend more time doing that, and then you won't have to ask us about day traffic in adams morgan, upscale gyms, your thoughts on parenting, and chips late at night.
