"Wolfpack". Unbelievable!! About a family of brothers raised in the projects in Manhattan who are never allowed to leave their small apartment. |
Weapons of the spirit" about the Huguenots taking in Jewish Children during WW2 |
Agree about "Just Melvin" and "Dear Zachary."
Did anyone else see "Brett Killed Mom"? It's not one of my favorites, but I do remember that family. |
I have been wanting to see this, but a bit chicken. Between Dear Zachary, Just Melvin Just Evil, and Aunt Diane I think I've had enough emotional trauma. |
After seeing this thread, I started to re-watch "Dear Zachary" couldn't/wouldn't finish it.

Whore's glory. Very graphic but extremely interesting and eye opening - about prodtitutes in a few different countries. |
Valentine Road. The director did a masterful job. I kept flip flopping the entire time, and in the end felt bad for all parties. |
***spoiler*** The entire documentary is so beautifully done. So raw. Seeing the love and joy and hearing these sweet recollections juxtaposed with each horrible fact. Facts that grow more horrible as you watch. Just brilliant. ***BIG spoiler*** David Bagby - Andrew's father just breaks my heart. Especially in the last 20 minutes. How heartbreaking that Andrew's parents were planning on suicide after getting justice for their only child's murder and then had new hope and life with a grandchild .... and then ... Devastating. |
I don't think I can watch this. How bleak and heartbreaking. |
This has been on my list of "I need to watch that" for seriously years now. Anyone seen Winebago Man? |
