If you don't trust your DH you have much more to worry about than the nanny. The nanny probably would not want his old ass, bit the women at work might be another case.

Men by nature will look any attractive woman up + down, they are simply hard-wired to do so.

However, since this woman could possibly be working in the privacy of your home, in such an intimate setting having such close contact w/your home and your child, it is best to not create any situations that you or your husband may regret later. Plus, if your husband was that obvious in checking out the nanny, imagine how uncomfortable the nanny will feel once she notices how he looks at her. He may even be hit w/a sexual harassment suit later on down the line....Extreme I know, but one never knows.

Overall, I think it would be best to hire a less attractive nanny. This would be a better situation for ALL parties involved here.
