Found wierd empty water bottle with a hole in it in son's room

So my 14 year old takes Just Water bottles and poked a hole in them with a knife and then chugs them.

Could your 14 year old be doing the same thing?

Is there any residue?

While definitely a bong for weed. Don’t fool yourself on cocaine it’s made a huge comeback. I, unfortunately, have reasons to know as counsel kids in this area and in particular the college party scene is definitely involving Cocaine - but high school kids too.

Honestly, the stigma of other drugs is shattered once you do and like pot. It did for me. Lead me to experiment with psychedelics and coke. Luckily I had things going on in life that I always needed to be sober for (sports, driving, etc) so I turned out ok. But I have stoner friends from HS who started using so heavily and couldn’t stop. No college, no future for them.

My roommates and I made a big one out of a a drum of pretzels in college. Which was just because we were bored, since we had actual bongs we could have used. Ah, good old days.

Why is your DH on your son's case or a frantic maniac? It's most likely pot, but the way your DH jumped to cocaine makes me question his relationship with his son or the world.

This. How did we get to page 4 or 5 with no one questioning this. If the kid were using it as a bong, you would see residue on an otherwise clear bottle or the stench would be fairly strong.

Sorry but there are plenty of people who smoked weed and never did anything harder.
The weed didn't make you do drugs. You did drugs including weed

This is old but its very possible, we found a similar jug on the side of the house, when we bought this home ( a fairly new home at that ) , the child we found out previous that lived in the house died of laced weed with fentanyl and he was 19.
