Site-based management. Each principal sets the tone and culture for the school. FCPS central office can do anything it wants in terms of setting Program of Studies guidelines, recommendations for curriculum, etc., but the principal decides how to implement things.

I'm betting they come home today or in the mail. Then the school admin only has to deal with parent question for one day (Fri.) before the long weekend and people kind of calming down.

If' I wa an admin in the schools, that's what I'd do.

Of course, I wish it had been given out LONG ago! They test our kids in Oct. and can't tell us the results for three and a half months! The test company only takes three weeks to score the tests (according to the AA program manager)... so the hold up is with FCPS.

Principal's Weekly message from Greenbriar West said that AAP pool letters going home with the students in their backpacks today. Last year letters and scores came together. Good Luck Everyone!

Got scores just now in the mail.My kid is not in the pool composit score is 124 with one of the score 130. But last year when she is in NJ she got 126 in NNAT and Otis Lennon 136 and she in GT program there do you think I should submit parent referral . Is there any chance please need suggestions.

Two separate letters. Both scores are considered.
