Yeah sorry. If you can't afford 200 in emergency funds, you shouldn't have a pet. They cost money, sometime s lots of it. Duh. |

OP, I totally understand what you are feeling: you are angry at being made to feel at fault when you had taken precautions against the dog escaping, and you believe somebody else is responsible for letting the dog out.
Get the dog, and forget about the whole. I could tell you stories about the insane animal shelters around the country... |

PP has a lot of class |
| OP lost his/her dog 2 years ago. |
| Wow. You left your dog there after you found him bc you were mad. Didn't you want to see your dog? Most dog owners would rush over there. |
This post is 2 years old |
| Well, since it's been revived... OP, did you ever go get your dog? |
|
OP prob left her dog there. If a shelter found my dog, I would be so happy she was safe, I'd leave them double the fee

+1 If you cannot scramble $200 on short notice, you should not have a pet. They tend not to have emergencies on a schedule. Love doesnt pay the vet/shelter bills. |
I think what happened to you OP really sucks balls. Really. But this would be a good idea in theory. You could be doing a great thing for all the other homeless animals on death row perhaps. |
