I am confused about why Fairfax county and FCPS are all that are being discussed here. School operations for Fairfax High school are turned over to FCPS, but City of Fairfax has a separate school board, superintendent and owns the city schools. City of Fairfax can't point all the fingers at FCPS or stay out of the discussion. There was a thread on a City of Fairfax schools social media page with the City school board statement, but it seems City of Fairfax Schools page took it down because they didn't like the comments on the post. Did anyone see it or capture those comments?

The Epstein files didn't exist in the Obama administration and were sealed during the Biden administration. But the Biden administration did launch an investigation into the financial side of Epstein's dealings. Please research and report to the class on how long that investigation lasted under Trump.

I have no problem agreeing with republicans when they are correct. In this case, the feds should concentrate on federal issues and leave the local one to the locality. Time was not so long ago, republicans wanted smaller local governments to rule over smaller local issues. So I am agreeing with stated republican policy by advocating for the feds to concentrate on Epstein.

It has been recently edited but the Commonwealth's Prosecuting Attorney for Fairfax County's website used to explicitly state these protections. “Steve will make charging and plea decisions that limit or avoid immigration consequences.”
