I hope ICE is waiting outside the jail when he’s released.

Spanberger says "no."

For everyone here, how would you feel if your daughter, wife, sister or mom was sexually assaulted and the prosecutor decided to only charge it as a simple assault?

Wait until I tell you how many rape cases aren’t prosecuted at all. If the groper was a white boy from a well off family, there wouldn’t have even been charges. It’s disgusting. And bipartisan.

Maybe, no charges but he would have had FCPS punishment before months of this.

DP but probably not: you’d get a lot of CYA from FCPS and boys will be boys from parents. Doesn’t make it ok, and I hope all these people newly attuned to the treatment of girls in school are still outraged when its Brad Bradson from Chantilly whose dad coached football.

Made up accusation.
The kid was guilty. He deserved to be kicked out of school, and now he got slapped with "slapping girls on the butt." Hopefully, they will give him to ICE, but I doubt they will.

Descano and his Fairfax prosecutors office are against this. It is/was on their website and the reason why they keep downgrading charges for illegal immigrants. Not just for this guy, but for 3 of tge last 4 murderers so far this year in Fairfax County. Most of your democratic leadership is against this, as well as your governor.

He isn't a kid.

He is an 18 year old adult male who never should have been at Fairfax High School to begin with.

What if this had been at Lake Braddock or Robinson, just a few minutes from Fairfax High School?

The youngest girl who was sexually assaulted by this grown man at school was 13. If it had been one of the secondary schools, we could have been looking at 11 and 12 year old children being sexually assaulted by this adult man.

I hope these parents all sue FCPS and the Fsirfax prosecutor over this.

I am sorry but this pist is utter BS.

It is NOT common for boys or young men of any color in our schools to try to penetrate their female classmates while they are walking down the halls between classes.

Quit making excuses for this predator's vile behavior.

Yes. It's apparently more difficult than the process in some other states but it can be done.

It's my understanding, Stephanie Minter's mother, and her supporters, are looking into this option.

Who's Stephanie Minter?

The most recent statement from a "boy mom" was "boys get assaulted too." Which, yes, of course. But it's not comparable.

The woman who was killed by a repeatedly released illegal immigrant at a bus stop.

More vile behavior regularly goes unpunished. It’s a fact. But kudos to you for having rage at this. Try to remember that feeling when your son or his friend is accused of something similar.
