Descano’s history indicates that he is likely to give criminals- particularly illegal aliens - a sweet plea deal. Up u til a couple days ago he had this statement on his website:
“If two people commit the same crime, but only one’s punishment includes deportation, that’s a perversion of justice and not a reflection of values of Fairfax County.”

What a load of crock.

He recently allowed two illegals a plea deal that required they only serve 5 years for murder. They intentionally stabbed a man to death.
5 years. For murder.

The charges this man received were simple assault charges, all misdemeanors. They were NOT sexual assault charges as they should have been because those are felonies.

For everyone here, how would you feel if your daughter, wife, sister or mom was sexually assaulted and the prosecutor decided to only charge it as a simple assault?

"This victory belongs entirely to the courageous and relentless victims who got themselves a modicum of justice."
"Fortunately," he concluded, "despite the likely light sentence Flores Ortiz will get ICE will provide him with free transportation home to El Salvador."

He did everything he could to sabotage this case. He should quit and become a defense attorney because that is what he really is.

He didn’t jus5 get primaried - assuming you’re talking about Ed Nuttall, the orher dem DA candidate against Descano - the democrat party kicked him out for attending a disability rights event that Republican candidates of some election also were at. Not a political anything, but they used that to boot Nuttall out of the Democrat party because they wanted Descano. Democrats don’t primary, or is a facade. These people are chosen and you deal with it if you’re a D. Descano is their guy and this is what the Democrats want. This is the same approach in almost every Democrat majority area on crime. Who knows why but it is appalling.

Who knows why is right. I've always been a liberal, but they left me behind on this. I don't get it.

Sentencing on the FHS case is today. Just deport him, no need to spend tax dollars locking him up.
