Yes medley, no free.

The venue was great. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The “single event” viewing was running like a well-oiled machine. Congrats to the co-hosts. Such a shame that the meet had to end early. Our kids were itching to get back in the water.

A meet of this magnitude is such a huge lift. Great job by the co-hosts! I agree that the single event viewing worked great and was more efficient than in years past. There were also a lot of bleachers for people who were staying for multiple events throughout the evening.

I thought the meet was very well run.

I just said the same thing.

You can't swim in a pool without power. Filter has to be on and running.

So sorry, I did not know about the power outage. Retracted.

Lincolnia Park & Tuckahoe & officials/volunteers — Tonight was the BEST ASRs I’ve ever attended! Marshals rocked the single viewing bleachers, we had wonderful lines of sight, the pool layout and especially the team areas were perfect, and parking was easy. I’m so, so sorry the weather cut it short again, and I know every team would be willing to contribute $$ to make up the concessions deficit that comes with a thunderstorm. Please agree to host again! I know my team would be happy to co-host. Thank you for having us.

The livestream was horrible. Laggy, frequent stops, and one angle usually just showed a bleached out wide view of the pool with no action visible. It was beyond useless.

That’s why it’s been difficult for nvsl to get anyone to want to livestream. You need a reliable high speed connection. 5g isn’t going to cut it. These rec pools make it hard for setups. Weather affects the quality of streams. Etc etc. and then when someone tries, people shit on it.

Exactly! Why can’t people be thankful they even attempted it? Thank you to Paris/Machine Aquatics for taking time out of your night to be there and sponsor the livestream, and for being dedicated to supporting the NVSL even after how you were treated by a certain team.

First time ASR parent here. I don't know what it is normally like, but i was really impressed last night. The venue was perfect - lots of grassy open space for the team areas, well designated parking, and it was really nice to have access to the school when the thunderstorms started. The single event viewing was incredibly smooth and we had a great view of the event that we did get to watch. Really bummed that they couldn't all swim, but the hosts were excellent. I would happily donate what I'd have spent on concessions if it would help convince LP to host again.

Love All Star Relays at Lincolnia Park! It is the perfect venue for this event. And it was so well run. Kudos to everyone and much thanks!

Big thank you to the hosts. Everything was well run from a meet perspective.

If anyone from NVSL reads this, please move start time up 3 hours. I get Sundays are out with pvs meets and needing officials. But from a team rep perspective, we all put a lot of time and effort into getting all our teams to the event. They really want to swim because it is such a fun event.

The individuals running single-event-viewing were amazing! Thank you!

I was also impressed that they got through as many events as they did. They really moved things along.

Of course if they moved the tribute to Bob to 340pm and actually started on time, they would have gotten through 12 events and made it official.

Also kudos to the single event folks--they were super nice, well organized, and fast.
