Spraying Neighbors Dandelions

I have been trying to control my dandelions religiously this Spring. I pull then, spray them, put granular weed killer on them etc. But my question is what about the ones from the Neighbors?

I have been going up to property line, never crossing the property line and anything withing a few inches or a foot or two I will give a spray at the Dandelions.

Is that ok to do?

No, this is not okay to do.

It’s also the other way around. A fence is to keep other neighbors from our property.
The guy next door sprayed and killed my carpet roses, his wife let their dogs roam around my backyard, and entertained their guests with fireworks any time of the year… until I sent the cops.
